  • Will the exposed sides case protect my iPhone from falls?

While absolute protection against fall damage is challenging to guarantee due to the unpredictable nature of accidents, we believe our cases with exposed sides are highly effective in safeguarding your phone from the wear and tear of daily activities.

  • MagSafe Support & Wireless Charging

MagSafe magnet lock and charging are fully supported by our . Cases offered without MagSafe magnetic alignment still support wireless charging but do not offer automatic magnetic alignment. Rest assured, all of our cases are compatible with official QI wireless charging standards, ensuring seamless charging without interference.

  • What happens if my device breaks?

Despite all the engineering and continued effort to build the most durable cases, freak accidents happen. We do not claim that your phone will not be damaged while using our phone cases. We do not warranty any damage to your phone as a result of using XinWan products.

  • When will my order be shipped?

Our business hours are Monday-Friday. Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped within 72 business hours after payment has been cleared. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be shipped with in 72 hours next business day. 

  • What is your return policy?

If for any reason, our case does not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 15 days after delivery. Contact offical@xinwanstore.com to start your return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To Insure you get your refund please provide our team with tracking information. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your return package gets LOST and we did not receive tracking information, we will not be able to process your return and issue a refund. We have a 15 day return policy which means you must request a return within 15 days of the items arrival.

Refunds will be issues upon items returned arrival, this may take a few days to process.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA: Import Tax & Duties

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties in your residing country.

Customers ordering outside the United States are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees that may apply in residing country. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates that may apply on incoming packages.

We at XinWan. are unable to advise on or if fees maybe applied in your country. We recommend before purchasing from us, you (the customer) contacting your country's customs office or tax agency for respective charges and rates that may be applied.

  • Do I have to return the Free promotional item when I return my order?

Yes. The free promotional item is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

If you would like to keep the promotional item, please mention to our support team, and they will assist accordingly.
